CATBALOGAN CITY – The College of Education (CoEd) of Samar State University (SSU) saw the need to equip teachers of Eastern Visayas Regional Science High School (EVRSHS) and the Catbalogan City Division of the Department of Education (DepEd) in strengthening the culture of research. With this, the College conducted the Seminar-Workshop on the Development of Research Proposal which commenced on September 9 (21).

Twenty-seven (27) participants listened to topics on Understanding Research in DepEd, Ethical Consideration in Research, Developing Review of Related Literature and Study, Quantitative Research Design and Remote Mentoring, Qualitative Design and Remote Mentoring, and Mixed Method Design, Research Question Development and Remote Mentoring.
