Just present your ID and the book that you wish to borrow at the Circulation Counter.

For lost books, you have to report first to the Circulation Counter that your borrowed book is lost in order to stop accumulating fines. Then, you can either replace the book with the same title, author, edition and copyright date or pay the amount of the book when the book was purchased by SSU Library based on the procurement records.

Yes, we welcome visitors on Saturdays and Sundays provided that they will present a referral letter from the librarian of their school and pay Php20.00 as library research fee. The visitor can use the resources (books and eBooks) but strictly for library use only.

Samar State University has a collection of books, academic journals, and magazines of both print and electronic formats.

Yes. The library is a WIFI zone.

Yes. You can renew the books that you borrowed twice for additional three (3) days in each renewal transaction.
