TO: ALL CONCERNED SSU PERSONNEL

SUBJECT: TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF OFFICE TRANSACTIONS

With the exposure of some personnel to COVID-19 positive individual/s, transactions in the following offices are temporarily SUSPENDED until further notice:

1. Research and Innovation Center (RIC)
2. Registrar’s Office
3. College of Engineering
4. Office of the Director of General Services

All personnel (Officials, Faculty, Non-Teaching, Casual, Contract of Service and Job Order) in these offices shall observe the work from home scheme. However, their communication lines (phone, social media, email accounts) shall be open anytime for consultation and to ensure business continuity.

SSU personnel are reminded to adhere to the provisions of Data Privacy Law especially in disclosing names of those infected or with direct contact.

In these trying times, let us be the one who ‘bridge the gap’ amidst conflict, discrimination and fear. Showing moral support to everyone, especially to the families with probable, suspected and confirmed cases, is a noble act of kindness.

Together, we shall beat COVID-19 and heal as one.
