Graduate School enhances curriculum to meet CHED standards through successful seminar-workshop

CATBALOGAN CITY – Samar State University-Graduate School (SSU-GS) has successfully conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Curriculum Enhancement on March 28-29 (23) aimed at addressing the recommendations made by the Office of Programs and Standards Development (OPSD) and Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) during their online evaluation of the GS’s eight programs for Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC).

The seminar-workshop was spearheaded by the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School headed by the Concurrent Dean and the Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Felisa E. Gomba and attended by its faculty members and curriculum experts.

Achieving its objectives on enhancing the curriculum map and program outcomes, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) for all programs of the Graduate School, the seminar-workshop was a significant step towards strengthening the Graduate School’s curriculum and ultimately providing better education to its students by aligning it to CHED standards.
