Samar State University (SSU) through University President Dr. Redentor S. Palencia took part in the 1st Special Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) Meeting of the Samar Island Natural Park (SINP) on June 23, 2026.
Moreover, discussions from Mr. Andres III B. Sequito, SSU Representative, Ms. Diana Shane Balindo, SSU Center Director Associate Professor, and Ms. Coleen S. Tibar, SSU Faculty Researcher, strengthened the university’s involvement to the environmental agenda of SINP.
