SSU is to compete in AMY IP 2023

CATBALOGAN CITY─ Being shortlisted by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Samar State University (SSU) student-makers and their coach are now bound for Manila to participate and compete in the Alfredo M. Yao (AMY) Intellectual Property (IP) Awards 2023 today, October 2 (23), at PCCI Office, Taguig City, Manila.

Fish Pond Water Quality Monitoring with Alarm System by Mark P. Cris, Bugging and Detection of Illegal Line of Fishing (BADIL) by Mark Lester L. Gacuma, and Mud Crab Attracting System with Application of Generated Frequency (MASAG) by Marquis Marj Jxzene C. Salazar are now one step closer to that sought- after award among inventors, entrepreneurs, and students.

With hand carried innovative projects, Mr. Cris, Mr. Gacuma, and Mr. Salazar, with their Coach Engr. Nikko Ardel P. Floretes, have already won as their intellectual properties hold potentials to better the economy contributing to national development and prosperity.
