SSU TBI-LAMBAT’s startup secures spot for nat’l pitching contest

CATBALOGAN CITY – Team Project IFY of Samar State University Business Incubator-Local Alliance of Marine-based Businesses and Food Technology (SSU TBI-LAMBAT) will be representing Region 8 for the upcoming Philippine Startup Challenge (PSC) 7 – Finals Round on November 15 (22).

College of Engineering students – Chad Vincent Florentino, Chad Abinguna and Nathaniel Llano founded the startup which is among the Top 10 Qualifying teams.

Other teams vying for the title are Pangasinan State University, Technological Institute of the Philippines, Palawan State University, West Visayas State University, University of San Jose – Recoletos, University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao, Mindanao State University – General Santos, and Caraga State University.

The PSC 7 is one of the flagship activities of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in celebration of the Philippine Startup Week 2022.

The finals round will be aired live at the Philippine Startup Week 2022 platform.
