CATBALOGAN CITY – Samar State University (SSU) – Executive Director for Research Dr. Sherrie Ann C. Labid is the first in the University to qualify and complete the Development Academy of the Philippines – Public Management Development Program. She joined the pool of grauates during the 25th Graduation Ceremony for Middle Managers Class (MMC) on October 18 (22) in Tagaytay City.
The PMDP Middle Managers Class is designed for intelligent, innovative, driven, and dynamic junior managers with a natural love for serving people and show promise of assuming bigger responsibilities in the bureaucracy.
In a class of 39 students from 24 agencies in the country, Dr. Labid was one of 30 who completed the Master of Development Management with her capstone project titled “Transforming Delivery of Research and Extension Services through Digital Innovation for All (DITO-ALL)”.
