CATBALOGAN CITY─ Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) visited Samar State University (SSU) on June 21, (22) to benchmark on the University’s International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Recertification.
“They asked how to monitor the effectiveness of the implemented actions based on the issued Corrective Action Report (CAR) as well as the treatment and analysis of clients’ satisfaction feedback. Also, they queried on how SSU conducts Internal Quality Audit (IQA) prior to the external audit visit,” shared Dr. Lanie M. Pacadlajen, Quality Assurance Director.
Representing ESSU are Vice President for Quality Assurance Dr. Marina Apilado and Director for Quality Assurance Dr. Janice Dianne Quilona.
Before they head back, the two (2) ESSU ISO warriors also asked how SSU submitted and awarded with Level 2- Proficiency in Management by the Philippine Quality Award.
The University feels grateful of the trust and regard given by neighboring institutions and is very much willing to share its strategies in achieving its humble recognitions and milestones.
