As we embrace the “new normal” for School Year 2020-2021, the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services is requiring all NEW and CONTINUING students to fill out the Free Higher Education Application Form. This is in pursuant to the Republic Act No. 10931 otherwise known as the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act”, an act promoting universal access to quality tertiary education by providing free tuition and other school fees in State Universities and Colleges all over the country.
The OVPSAS also would like to inform that the last day of filling out the said application form will be August 12, 2020, Wednesday.
