ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR 1^st Semester; SY 2020-2021

 

1. IN-COMING FIRST YEAR

• REQUIREMENTS:

1. Official Transcript of Records
2. Honorable Dismissal from the College/University last attended
3. Copy of Graduate Thesis (for doctoral students)
4. Permit to Study (for government employees)
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth from NSO
6. Passport size picture
7. Expanded envelope (orange)
8. Medical Certificate
9. Student Personal Information (SPI) using SSU Form

 

• Text the following details:

PROGRAM: MAEd English

COLLEGE/UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE TAKEN: BSEd English

• Send your NAME, INTENT PROGRAM, COLLEGE/UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE TAKEN, CONTACT NUMBER and LOCATION thru text message to the following contact persons and wait for the response for further instructions:

• The Dean or Graduate School staff will contact the student via phone call for interview and the evaluation or checking of the documents.
• The student will be informed of the result of the interview via text message from the Graduate School Office and what to do next.
• The printed copy of enrollment forms will be delivered by SSU Personnel at the LGU at specific schedules.

 

1. CONTINUING/OLD STUDENTS

• Continuing/old students must CONFIRM thru a text message from GS staff if they are willing to re-enroll this first semester by sending their NAME, PROGRAM, CONTACT NUMBER & ID NUMBER.
• Confirmed students who will re-enroll for 1^st semester will be informed about their outstanding balance using their assessment record.
• For payment transaction, for those students living within Catbalogan City, you may pay at the Cashier’s Office by appointment thru a text message from GS staff which will serve as entry pass in SSU campus. For those students living outside Catbalogan City, they may contact Nathalie Ann A. Acosta or Ms. Fankis Aika A. Aga thru text message at 09550871799 and 09757028678 or messenger account Nat Alaga-Acosta & Fankis Aika Aga for further instructions.
• Plotting forms will be distributed to the respective locations of the students and thru e-copy using the messenger account. The students will be given the printed copy of enrollment form marked ENROLLED at the Graduate School by appointment thru a text message which will serve also as an entry pass in SSU campus.
• For students living outside Catbalogan City, the printed copy of enrollment forms will be delivered by SSU Personnel at the LGU at specific schedules.

First Semester; SY 2020-2021 will start on August 1, 2020. Courses for 1^st semester will be posted at the official FACEBOOK page of Graduate School at SSU Graduate School and please be a member of the Facebook page for further announcement and updates.
