About 40 new project proposals was subjected to review this past two days. These projects either seek institutional funding or endorsement for external funing. This years IHR was participated by faculty and staff to include the VPs, Deans. Dr. Lebertad Garcia, The Regional Director of the Commision on Higher Education Regional Office No. 8 (CHED-8) headed the panel of four evaluators. Other panel of evaluators are Engr. Ramil Uy of DOST, Dr. Tito Cabili the R&D Director of University of Eastern Philippines, and Dr. Felex Afable, Dean of Eastern Samar State University – Graduate School.
