CATBALOGAN CITY – Samar State University (SSU) alumnus of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, Dr. Gerald B. Fiel, is the top pick of celebrities and politicians as private nurse giving him the title ‘Nurse of the Stars’.
The 2011 Mr. SSU became known among the famous personalities when he served as Assistant Nursing Director in Cardinal Santos Medical Center and Nursing Director in Pope John Paul Hospital and Medical Center.
At present, Dr. Fiel juggles his time as an American Heart Association International Instructor, Manila Doctors College Clinical Instructor, Christ the King College Clinical Instructor, Hospital Consultant, and a sole owner of a resto bar and café in Baybay City, Leyte─his hometown.
Dr. Fiel owes his achievements to his Alma Mater Samar State University (SSU) which taught him the secret prescription to success: leadership, excellence, discipline, and service.
