CATBALOGAN CITY – Samar State University – Center for Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Research and Development (SSU-CFARRD) initiated back-to-back writeshop sessions and in-house review dubbed as “Technical Writing and Research Publication Writeshop & In-house Review for CFARRD Completed Researches” on June 24, 27, & 30 (22) at the Research and Innovation Center-Audio-Visual Room (RIC-AVR).
With the leadership of Center Director Diana Shane A. Balindo, the activity was facilitated to improve the expertise of SSU faculty in writing publishable articles and submitting them for publication.
“This is aligned to the University’s support in capability development of its faculty and staff along research and development,” she stated.
SSU’s Countryside Development Research Journal (CDRJ) and Journal of Academic Research (JAR) Managing Editor Dr. Marife M. Lacaba, Cebu Normal University (CNU) Faculty Dr. Marchee T. Picardal, and Southern Leyte State University (SLSU) BioProTech Director Dr. Gladys L. Pascual served as Speakers during the three-day event.
