SSU being recognized as a NICER University, specifically on crustaceans, was assessed and categorized under STRAND N2, a scholarship-delivering institution for a particular graduate degree program.

With this inking of MOU, SSU, as a delivering institution, can award scholarships to individuals who meet the requirements to enroll in the MS Information Technology program.
