CATBALOGAN CITY – Samar State University – College of Arts and Sciences (SSU-CAS) student, Mr. Linard Sultan, won another medal for the Philippines at the Asean Para Games 2022.
The Asean Para Games, officially known as the 11th ASEAN Para Games, and commonly known as Surakarta 2022 (Solo 2022), is a biannual multi-sport event for athletes with physical disabilities in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Sultan represented the country in the Para Table Tennis – Men’s Doubles Class 9 Category held in Surakarta, Indonesia from July 30 to August 6 (22).
Last year, Mr. Sultan also won the silver medal in Singles Class 8 at the Asian Youth Para Games.
