CATBALOGAN CITY – The new set of officers of Samar State University – Personnel Association (SSU-PA) has taken their oath on August 11 (22) in a ceremony at the SSU President’s Office.
Administering the oath to the new SSU PA President Hon. Jhonil S. Bajado, Vice President – Dr. Art T. Roncesvalles, Secretary – Ms. Julie Ann M. Quilatan, Treasurer – Ms. Marietta Albina, Auditor – Dr. Cocoy J. Refuncion, Business Manager – Dr. Arnel N. Mabingnay, M.M.O. – Mr. Jakeboy Carbonquillo, Peace Officers – Mr. Alfonso Labrague and Mr. Pet Gadin, and Adviser – Dr. Gina U. Españo is the University President, Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso.
The new officers got the majority of votes on August 10(22) in an election organized by the SSU-COMELEC chaired by Mr. Ronie T. Velasco and attended by majority of SSU-PA members.
Faculty Regent 2022-2024, Mr. Bajado, immediately joined the rest of the SSU Board of Regents during the 2nd Quarter Board Meeting as he sworn in as BOR member by CHED Commissioner Dr. Aldrin A. Darilag.
