CATBALOGAN CITY─ The College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) and the College of Engineering (COENG) are under the scrutiny of Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. Accreditors since yesterday, July 18 (22) until Wednesday this week.
The Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Information System for CAS and the Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering for COENG are the programs under evaluation for the Level III Phase 2 survey visit.
Prof. Nestor C. Competente, Dr. Bernardo A. Zabala, Jr., Dr. Cristie Marie C. Dalisay, Dr. Isidro L. Duran, Dr. Benchie L. Maribao, Dr. Gerladin B. Dela Cruz, Engr. Joselito A. Totaan, and Dr. Liza M. Tamargo served as the Accreditors for the three (3) programs.
“This accreditation survey visit for the three programs in CAS and COENG will certainly give us the avenue to revisit and update the different areas that are essential for us to be responsive to the needs of our students and other stakeholders,” said Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, SSU’s torch bearer, in her Welcome Message.
This submission for evaluation to the AACCUP, Inc. is a manifestation that quality assurance has already become a lifestyle in the university as its faculty continually commit to uphold the university mantra: to innovate, build, and serve.
