CATBALOGAN CITY – As Samar State University (SSU) opens School Year 2021-2022, its second year in a pandemic, using the Blended Mode of Learning, all colleges and external campuses of the University conducted their orientations for new and continuing students.
From September 28 to October 3 (21), the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Education (CoEd), College of Engineering (CoEng), College of Industrial Technology (CIT), College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CONHS), SSU Basey Campus, SSU Mercedes Campus, SSU Paranas Campus, and the Graduate School gathered their students virtually to provide them basic information relevant to the their enrollment at the University which may be helpful in the current learning delivery mode.
Spearheaded by the Student Welfare and Development Services (SWDS), the respective events were attended by college deans/campus directors and unit heads who served as speakers and informants to student queries.
The University President, Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, together with the four Vice Presidents, Engr. Ma. Lourdes P. Amante, Dr. Felisa E. Gomba, Dr. Lydia A. Gonzales, and Dr. Ronald L. Orale also graced the online events.
