SSU showcases “Stories of Pandemic” along with 19 international institutions

CATBALOGAN CITY – Two students ofSamar State University (SSU) participated in the “Stories of Pandemic – Resonate through the Horizon”, a virtual international collective showcase of incredible stories from around the globe amidst the pandemic along with 19 institutions from 10 countries across the globe last June 26 via Zoom and Facebook Live.

Ms. Kim Saria, a first year Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BS Psych) student, shared a short story she wrote titled “What is Tomorrow?” showing the unfortunate events that happened in the life of Andres (fictional character), during the pandemic surge.

Another entry was showcased by Ms. Camille Cananua, also a BS Psych student, titled “Everything I Miss”. It is a song she composed and interpreted.

The event was organized by the American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) to share the personal experiences of young adults, in hope, that it will show the world that ‘we are not alone’.
