26th June – Today is the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, also known as ‘World Drug Day’. It is an international day against illegal drugs and proscribed trading. This year’s theme: “Better Knowledge for Better Care” basically aims at creating awareness regarding drugs–its bad effects on physical as well as mental health. This also reminds everyone that the BETTER we KNOW, the BETTER we could take CARE of ourselves. Be well-informed, stay fit and healthy!
