The Office of the Vice President for Research and Extension Services, headed by Dr. Ronald Orale, along with the three research centers, CESTI, CFARRD, and RCCSI decided to come up with an alternative way to conduct the Annual Undergraduate Students’ R&D Competition amidst this ‘new normal situation’ brought about by this COVID-19 pandemic, by means of a free video-conferencing platform called Zoom.
