START OF ENROLMENT: May 20, 2020
A. CONTINUING OLD STUDENTS
1. The students enrolled in SY 2019-2020 shall be automatically enrolled in SY 2020-2021;
2. The deans/campus directors may designate the program chairs or class advisers to trace and document students’ enrollment for this new normal time;
3. The students shall confirm their enrollment through the college dean/campus director via mobile phone call or any mode of offline/online communication to discuss their specific courses to be taken. NOTE: The college deans/campus directors, by all means, shall find ways to reach out to their students;
4. The college dean/campus director through the respective clerks shall encode the courses to be taken in the SSU enrollment system upon confirmation of the students via phone call;
5. The graduating students shall be evaluated first by the University Registrar before encoding the courses to be taken in the system to ensure that all courses required/completion for his/her degree program can be completed this school year;
6. The college dean/campus director thru the respective clerks shall print the form of the student with enrolled courses for the first semester SY 2020-2021;
7. The student shall get the printed copy of the enrolment form marked enrolled at the Office of the Dean/Campus Director by appointment thru a text message which will serve as an entry pass in SSU campuses; and
8. For students from far places, the printed copy of enrolment forms shall be delivered by SSU Personnel at the LGU at specific schedules.
B. IN-COMING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

B.1 FULL OFFLINE ENROLLMENT
1. All interested in-coming first year students shall inform the deans/campus directors or their representatives their intention to enroll in SSU via text message to the SSU hotline numbers stated in the promotional materials stating student name and course to be taken; NOTE: In case, the student has no available number, he/she may use any contact number of their relatives or friends for interview and enrollment purposes;
2. The deans/campus directors or their representative (program chairpersons or class advisers or designated enrolling faculty) shall contact the student via phone call for the interview and the evaluation or checking of the documents;
3. On the interview, the student shall be informed that the result will be sent to them via text message by the college deans/campus directors;
4. The qualified students shall be required to fill-up two (2) forms, namely: (a) Student-Personal Information (SPI) for encoding in the Office of the University Registrar; and (b) Personal Information using the OVP SAS Forms; NOTE: The forms shall be delivered to the designated location in respective LGUs, while the SSU-LGU links are still on the process; students from Catbalogan City proper shall secure these forms from the SSU main campus thru appointment via text message of the respective deans;
5. The students shall return these forms to the deans/campus directors through their representatives in every LGU on specific dates including the original copies of the documents required for enrollment at the Office of the University Registrar and OVP SAS for free tuition compliance (RA 10931);
6. The College dean/campus director for further evaluation and forward these documents to the University Registrar for recording and safekeeping;
7. The University Registrar and the OVP SAS shall encode the Student Pesafekeepingrsonal Information Sheet in the SSU Enrolment System;
8. The college deans/campus directors through the respective clerks shall enroll the students in the SSU enrolment system;
9. The college dean/campus director through the respective clerks shall print the form of the student with enrolled courses for the first semester SY 2020-2021 and deliver to the respective LGU or at any SSU Campuses; NOTE: The students shall be informed the specific dates of delivery of enrolment forms marked enrolled; and
10. The student shall get the printed copy of the enrolment form marked enrolled at the designated LGU location.
B.2 ONLINE ENROLLMENT
1. The student shall visit https://drive.google.com/…/1uaPM0qP0CI-H1dmAsVnKzih96QM0aQXJ to download the forms;
2. Fill-up the forms and send back to SSU links stated in the website;
3. The college dean/campus director shall evaluate the filled-up form and interview the student via online apps;
4. After the interview, the college dean/campus director shall inform the student that he/she is officially admitted;
5. The student shall now enroll online, scan all necessary documents and send online;
6. The student may print his/her enrollment form marked enrolled;
7. The original copies of the documents required shall be submitted to the college deans/campus directors at specific schedules; and
8. The coordinator shall forward the documents to the University Registrar for evaluation and record keeping.
