MOA Signing between SSU and Divine Clinical Laboratory

CATBALOGAN CITY – A Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) on Mandatory Random Drug Testing of Students was held between Samar State University (represented by the University President Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso) and Divine Clinical Laboratory (represented by the Owner Ms. Vilma B. Cinco) at SSU Main Campus, 3rd floor of Convention Center, February 20, 2020 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

SSU and DCL agreed to conduct a remote collection and screening drug test services to the randomly selected students of Samar State University Main Campus as well as its External Campuses in Mercedes, Paranas, and Basey.

The said MOA was signed in the presence of the external campuses directors in the name of Dr. Lourdes C. Delmonte of Paranas Campus, Dr. Ricardo T. Severo of Mercedes Campus, and Dr. Tomas O. Banez of Basey Campus. One laboratory representative, Ms. May Tumambing was also present during the signing.
