Dr. Marilyn Cardoso and Dr. Redentor Palencia was declared winners during 5th Visayas Congress of Human Resource Management Practitioners held in Bohol Tropics Resort Tagbilaran City, Bohol on August 12-13, 2015.
Dr. Palencia presented his paper entitled Executive Leadership and Organizational Culture of SUCs in Region VIII was adjudged first place Best HR Paper Presenter and 3rd place best in Poster Exhibit Competition.
On the other hand, Dr. Cardoso presented the paper which she co-authored with Carolyn Uy entitled “Organizational Climate: It’s Implications to Job Satisfaction and Performance of Personnel in State Universities and Colleges in Eastern Visayas, Philippines was declared 3rd place, Best Paper Presenter.
Dr. Cardoso is the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dr. Palencia is the Executive Secretary to the President.
