CATBALOGAN CITY – “We also care for you. Here’s coffee to relieve your stress and a snack to make you smile,” Bulig Catbaloganon stated on the note attached to the food packs they have given to the frontliners of Catbalogan City on April 22.
Headed by Dr. Marife M. Lacaba, a faculty of Samar State University (SSU), in partnership with DYMS, the team distributed food packs to the different offices and medical facilities to ‘make them smile’.
The City Mayor’s Office, headed by Hon. Dexter M. Uy, expressed its gratitude to the University through a post on their Facebook page.
