TACLOBAN CITY – Leyte Normal University (LNU) has been one of the constant partner-institution of Samar State University (SSU) in abetting the region’s progress with their four-fold function: instruction, research, extension, and production. Thus, when given the invitation to deliver a felicitation speech during the 99th Founding Anniversary of Leyte Normal University, the University President of Samar State University, Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, expressed her immediate response to attend and confer her appreciation to LNU.
Dr. Cardoso delivered a message of felicitation during LNU’s DAYAW Awards last March 4 at the LNU HRDC Gym.
With the theme tagged as Living the Traditions and Values of Integrity, Excellence and Service, Dr. Cardoso emphasized on her message that honor is rewarded to LNU because they have served with excellence and integrity.
The DAYAW Awards was a night that the institution celebrated the important contributions of the faculty, personnel, and students of the University, and SSU was one of the few chosen to grace the meaningful event.
