The Office of the University Registrar announces the schedule of enrollment in the main campus for the 2nd Semester, SY 2022-2023 (source: Approved School Calendar 2022). Continuing students are advised to contact their respective department/colleges for the plotting of subjects and printing of enrollment forms.
For returning students, you are advised to process your clearance, secure a copy of re-admission slip in the SWDS Office before proceeding to the office for evaluation of grades. For Shifters (students who are planning to shift to another course), you are advised to secure the following: approved shifting form and re-evaluation slip.
Furthermore, graduating students are also encourage to process clearances and proceed to the Registrar’s Office for re-evaluation of release of plotting forms.
Students are also encouraged to settle their bills and process their enrollment requirements ahead of time to prevent a long queue.
