CATBALOGAN CITY─ Samar State University (SSU) Executive Assistant and Graduate School Professor Dr. Redentor S. Palencia was hailed as the 2022 Most Outstanding Employee during the 5th SULO Awards by the University on November 25 (22) at the SSU gymnasium.
The SULO AWARDS program was created to honor the accomplishments and outstanding work of the company’s personnel as they carried out their responsibilities. It was made with the intention of recognizing and rewarding outstanding employees for their significant roles and contributions in the ongoing development of an innovative and excellent culture at the university, as well as to further promote originality, innovation, efficiency, productivity, integrity, bravery, and selflessness in the pursuit of public service.
Among nominees, Dr. Palencia was seen to exceptionally exhibit the SSU mantra – “We Innovate. We Build. We Serve.” and significantly contributed to the efficiency, effectivity, and productivity of SSU’s operations and services.
And on the 29th of November, he passed the Career Executive Service Written Exam (CESWE) which he took on the 25th of September at UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. CESWE is a test to create an ongoing pool of carefully chosen career officials who are committed to professional development and who will serve the Career Executive Service with competence and loyalty.
