SSU prof advocates innovation, leadership at eBIZSTART 2024

PENANG, Malaysia—Dr. Marife Mustacisa-Lacaba, Samar State University’s (SSU) Director for the Center for Lifelong Learning (CeLL), took center stage as one of the distinguished speakers at eBIZSTART 2024, held from December 2 to 5, 2024, via online web conferencing.
