Catbalogan City – Samar State University (SSU) and Cebu Normal University (CNU) marked a significant step forward by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 22, 2024 at the SSU Board Room.
The MOU signed by SSU President Dr. Redentor S. Palencia and CNU President Dr. Daniel A. Ariaso Sr. outlines key areas of partnership including academic collaboration, research and innovation, digital transformation, and instructional development.
The agreement which will remain effective for five years, with potential renewal by mutual consent, highlights both universities’ dedication to shared goals and promoting excellence in educational institutions. This partnership which begins with optimism is expected to bring future collaborative achievements.
