CATBALOGAN CITY─ In its commitment to foster innovation and development in the field of agriculture, aquatic sciences, and natural resources and being an active member of the Visayas Consortium for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Program (ViCARP), Samar State University (SSU) hosted the 2023 ViCARP Cluster 2/Level 2 Research, Development, and Extension Review on July 24-25 (23) at the Convention Center.
Attended by the Consortium’s Director Dr. Maria Juliet C. Ceniza and other Key Officials, member agencies, and more than 60 researchers, experts, and visionaries with 14 research presenters, the Review proved a success as ideas were exchanged and connections and collaborations were created.
“With collaboration as our guiding principle, let us strive to address the challenges that our region faces and seize the opportunities that lie ahead though research and innovation,” stated Dr. Cardoso in her Welcome Message.
The event concluded with the awarding of winners with the following research titles and placements.
