CATBALOGAN CITY─ In a bid to foster innovation and collaboration, Samar State University (SSU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Bharatiya Engineering, Science and Technology (BEST) Innovation University on May 28 (23) at Visakhapatnam, Andra Pradesh, India amidst great enthusiasm and anticipation during the I2C2 conclave forum.
Attended by key representatives from both institutions including SSU University President Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso and International Affairs and Services Director Dr. Elmer A. Irene and BEST Innovation University Chancellor Dr. Rupa Vasudevan, the signing of the MOU marks the beginning of a new chapter in the collaborative efforts between the two parties. Under the terms of the MOU, SSU and BEST Innovation University will work together to foster intellectual exchange and cooperation. Specifically, the MOU aims to enhance educational opportunities for students, promote faculty exchange programs, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and innovation.
With SSU’s vision of being a transformative university committed to technology, innovation, and service excellence, this partnership is expected to lead to further collaboration and development in the field of research, education and innovative practices, and to enhance the reputation of the institutions in the global academic community as they work hand-in-hand for a wider social change.
