Mr. Allean Vince Chua, Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and Mr. Melboy Merciales, Coordinator of Student Organization from Samar State University Main Campus and Angelina Mejica, Associate Editor of The Builders and Mr. Larry Macapugas, Publication Coordinator from Paranas Campus joined the conference in Baguio City on December 14-17, 2022 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City.
With the theme “Rizal in Dapitan: An SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Hero Ahead of His Time”,over 500 delegates from different schools and organizations have joined,from Luzon,Visayas and Mindanao. Vice President Sara Z. Duterte served as the guest of honor and speaker on the second day of the conference.
The National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI) Conference teaches student leaders from all over the country to learn leadership based on Rizal’s life and ideals through lectures.
