The last term assignment for Sir Jeff Harold Uy’s Purposive Communication course for first-year BSEd Mathematics students was to produce a cultural presentation featuring each group’s designated nation: Vietnam, Malaysia, or Indonesia. All of the groups gave information to the class during the first portion of their presentations on their allocated country’s tour. The second portion of the lecture is a communication simulation where several languages and accents are taught. The third section discusses the local cuisine in each country where it was served. The dance number in every country is discussed in the last section.
