CATBALOGAN CITY – Spearheaded by the Student Welfare and Development Services (SWDS) under the Economic Enterprise Development Office, Samar State University (SSU) accredited student organizations put up food and merchandise tents during the Organizational Entrepreneur Day on December 7 (22) with the aim of ‘recognizing entrepreneurship’s role in the society.’
The activity was participated by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CONHS) Provincial Government, Psychology Society, Campus Ministry, College of Industrial Technology (CIT) CIT Provincial Government, The Tradesman, Information Technology (IT) Society, Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – SSU Student Chapter, SSU Red Cross Youth, Delta Epsilon Fraternity and Sorority – SSU Chapter, and USC.
“This initiative was conducted to expose the students to business activities and management. This is also a venue for the students to become financially literate,” said Ms. Cristine Calley, University Student Council (USC) President.
