CATBALOGAN CITY – On behalf of the Multi-Stakeholder Council of Region 8, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Samar Province Director Judy L. Batulan personally visited Samar State University (SSU) President, Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, to award the Certificate of Recognition for SSU’s “continuous dedication and commitment to successfully implement several programs of the Department” on February 10 (22) at the Convention Center.
The University was also awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation for its contribution in the conduct of the Regional Conference on Peace and Development (RCPD).
Being an active member of the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council (MSAC), President Cardoso also received a Certificate of Recognition for her significant inputs in the crafting of the Local Governance Regional Resource Center 8 (LGRRC 8).
Ms. Elma Sultan and Ms. Jessa Pacoma were also recognized for their contribution during the RCPD.
