CATBALOGAN CITY – The Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), one of the top universities in Indonesia, made its partnership official with Samar State University (SSU) through a Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 21 (21) via Zoom conferencing.
This MOU was designed to foster a friendly relationship through mutual cooperation in teaching, research, and joint projects between UNESA and SSU.
The signing ceremony coincided with UNESA’s 57th founding anniversary and the inking of partnership was one of the highlights of the event.
Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, SSU President, represented SSU during the event and delivered here congratulatory message and acceptance speech.
Also present during the virtual event were Vice President for Research and Extension Services─Dr. Ronald L. Orale, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services─Engr. Ma. Lourdes P. Amante, International Affairs Director─ Dr. Elmer A. Irene, and Executive Assistant III─Dr. Redentor S. Palencia.
