Four SSU TBI-LAMBAT Cohorts graduate

CATBALOGAN CITY─As they are already “financially viable and able to sustain operation and compete in the market”, spinoff Winely Yours and startups Peddlr, Nora’s Seafood Products, and Anne’s Agri Products have graduated from State University Technology Business Incubator-Local Alliance of Marine-based Businesses and Food Technology (SSU TBI-LAMBAT) during the SSU TBI-LAMBAT’s Post-Season Event on December 9 (21) at M Grand Royale.

Chief Executive Officers of the SSU TBI LAMBAT’s 1st Cohort, Dr. Edelyn Echapare (Winely Yours), Peddlr (Nel Laygo), Ms. Leonora Doncillo (Nora’s Seafood Products), and Mrs. Gavina Doblon (Anne’s Agri Product) received a plaque in appreciation of their hardwork, commitment, and contribution in building a sustainable local startup ecosystem in the city.

The graduates expressed their gratitude to SSU TBI-LAMBAT for being instrumental in all their entrepreneurship endeavors and startup milestones.

We will continue rocking the map with our sweet therapy in a bottle,” said Dr. Echapare, one of the CEOs.

Plaques of appreciation were also awarded to partners of SSU TBI-LAMBAT including Catbalogan City Mayor Dexter Uy, City Councilor Stephany Uy-Tan, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Provincial Director Meilou Macabare, Department of Science and Technology (DOST) VIII Regional Director Ernesto M. Granada, Department of Information and Communications (DICT) Provincial Director Engr. Dante P. Rosales, and the BBCS Data Systems CEO Engr. Joseph Balisacan.

And adding highlight to the event, the founders of Pakabuhi.Ph, E-Basura, EyeCity, TraysiCall, Smart Farming, Zoc-J,and ShopCat signed the contract together with SSU President─Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, Vice President for Research and Extension Services─Dr. Ronald L. Orale, and SSU TBI-LAMBAT Director─ Dr. Vivian L. Moya. Like the 1st cohort graduates, these 2nd Cohort teams will be provided with workspace, seed funding, mentoring and training among others.
