CATBALOGAN CITY – The Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) headed by Engr. Ma. Lourdes P. Amante oriented students on the different loans and educational assistance offered by Samar State University (SSU) on April 21 (21) via Zoom.
Approximately 50 students tuned in to the FB live streaming of the webinar hosted by the Student Welfare and Development Services (SWDS).
The scholarship coordinator, Mrs. Rosalyn Gabon, served as the resource speaker of the webinar.
She tackled the different loans and educational assistance that the students may avail aside from the Free Tuition issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
As a result, many students became interested in applying for assistance. It is expected that there will be more students who will avail these programs to aid their education needs.
