CATBALOGAN CITY – As a kickstarter of the “Pakig-angbit, Kadarag-an Series of Lectures”, the book titled “Extraordinary Life and Works of Fr. Cantius Kobak: A Polish Historian of the Philippines” was unveiled to the public on March 1 (21).
