Student-inventors grand slam winners in 2013 RICE

Samar State University’s student-inventors were the grand slam winners during the 2013 Regional Invention Contest & Exhibit (RICE) staged by the Department of Science and Technology Region 8 last August 19-21 at Robinson’s Mall, Tacloban City.
This yearly activity was participated by different student-inventors coming from different Higher Educational Institutions (HEI’s) in the whole region, aiming at the discovery of hidden talents and skills of the students; and applying their knowledge in different forms of inventions.
The following are the winners with its corresponding titles and prizes.
